Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation Period:
   • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before prior to the check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees.
2. Cancellation Fees:
   • If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
3. Refunds:
   • Refunds will be issued within 21 Days of the cancellation date, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
4. No-Shows:
   • In the event of a no-show (guest fails to arrive without prior notice), the full reservation cost will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Early Departures:
   • Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for any refunds for the unused portion of their reservation.
6. Extenuating Circumstances:
   • In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer exceptions to our standard policy.
7. Modification or Rescheduling:
   • Guests may request modifications or rescheduling of their reservation, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
8. Communication:
   • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
9. Non-Refundable Bookings:
   • Some bookings may be non-refundable or have different cancellation policies. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
10. Policy Agreement:

• By making a reservation at Ellie’s House, guests agree to comply with our cancellation and refund policy as outlined above.
