Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of total booking cost.
10% discount for “Non-refundable” bookings paid in full in advance.

Daily rate includes a complimentary “Tropical” breakfast.
Cooks can prepare meals at an affordable cost based on local groceries.

Check-in: 2pm / Check-out: 11am.
Inquire about the possibility of early check-in or late check-out via email.

Email for a quote on airport transfer by our own staff. (price on request)

Accommodates children of all ages with single beds and cots available when you booking the whole villa. One room booking we can accommodates children from the age of 8 years. Cooks can arrange special meal requests.
Please respect our home. No smoking indoors; ashtrays provided for outdoor smoking.
BYO alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages. Filtered drinking water provided to every time.
