Welcome to Ellie’s House! Before making a reservation or utilizing our services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment:
   • Reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our official booking platform or by contacting us directly.
   • A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the booking terms.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
   • Check-in time is 02.00PM and check-out time is 11.00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibility:
   • Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation process, including the number of guests and special requests.
   • Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits specified for each accommodation type.
4. House Rules:
   • Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings, including noise levels and communal areas.
   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A designated smoking area may be provided.
   • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees have been paid.
5. Damages and Liability:
   • Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused during their stay.
   • Ellie’s House is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
6. Safety and Security:
   • Guests are advised to securely lock their accommodations when not present and to keep valuable items secure.
   • Fire safety regulations must be observed at all times. Emergency exits and procedures will be clearly marked.

8. Modification or Termination of Services:
